History

After over a decade of working in different kinds of projects for different kinds of employers, cathering experience from various medical applications to data-visualization components and customer service, it became clear that it was time to try something new. Something where you can use your built up know-how more efficiently, really utilize agile practices and continue increasing your knowledge even further.

The next logical step was of course entrepreneurship. After a couple of months in putting papers together and pondering about the business model, Sanity Applied Oy was founded in Kuopio, Finland on July 2015.

Present

Sanity Applied makes use of agile practices like transparency, open communication and dynamic project management. Keeping the customer in the loop throughout the whole development process, hence making sure that everybody is on the same page, is vital for completing every project succesfully.

The objective is to produce efficient and reliable code that is also easy to understand and maintain. Using existing coding guidelines to keep the general look and feel of the code the same in every project.
